Very pleased with NBK's suggestions and thoughtful design ideas for the creation of an upstairs shower room in our loft conversion. It wasn't the simplest or most straightforward of jobs but was tackled with a "can do/will do" attitude from the very start to completion of the finishing touches. We chose NBK after visiting the Norwich showroom and speaking to the staff. The products were high quality and the customer service was outstanding. We were offered friendly assistance as soon as we walked in and they helped us choose which products would be suitable for the space we had. A few days later, we had a member of the team come to our house to measure up and take photos. We were then offered an appointment to go back to the showroom for a more detailed plan of our new rooms. We had a very difficult project due to plumbing issues that all other installers shied away from but NBK made it happen. This is down to the skills of our installer Lee H who was amazing from start to finish. If we could give him 10 stars we would. Just had an old barn/garage converted by NBK to a new gym and studio. A serious bit of work with the roof being taken off and rebuilt. Much more than a kitchen or a bathroom. Really professional outfit with a great end result.
